Day 1: Chest March 31, 2014

Food and Drink Consumption:

Breakfast:
8 oz Coffee with 1 Caramel Macchiato creamer and 2 sugar packets
8 oz Milk with Strawberry Breakfast Essentials powder
1 Sausage patty
1/2 cup of potatoes covered in sausage gravy
1/2 of an omelet with sausage, ham, turkey, cheese, peppers, and onions

Lunch:
8 oz Strawberry Milk
Taco Salad with Ground Beef, Refried Beans, Pico De Gallo, and Sour Cream

Dinner:
4 oz Strawberry Milk
1/2 of Grilled Cheese with Ground Beef

During the day:
28 oz water with Great Value Energy Peach Mango Powder
2 20 oz waters with Great Value Energy Wild Strawberry Powder

Weight Before Workout: 141.4 lbs
